Meeting with the Doctor and process to see him were fine. I very much liked how things went and am at this quite satisfied.
I got a second opinion from the doctor about my back pain.
On both visits there was a high delay in care. July 22nd I waited 2 hours to see the doctor and this appointment I waited 1 hour. Not to mention everyone of so scripted that they have forgotten what patient care is about. Getting an appointment within a reasonable time frame is nearly impossible and when speaking with staff, it’s like they lost my chart and they know absolutely nothing about me.I have had 2 back surgeries with MD Hoffstetter and i broke e back on May 4th and I tried reaching him and treated like a brand new ... read more
