We arrived early for our cat scan appointment, when it was our time, the staff did the cat scan and then helped get us to our next appointment 2 floors above. Our appointment with the nurse and doctor was good, and her recovery is proceeding at a good pace.
After months of trying to get an appointment for my husband with Dr. Mike Williams, we finally saw him. My husband was told he needed to see their Geriatric Psychiatry clinic. We were rejected, however, by this clinic because our PCP was not a UW physician and they were not taking referrals from anyone else, e.g. this *neurosurgeon*. There seems to be no hope for getting my husband the help he needs and this is a ridiculous rule.
