The entire staff were an excellent group to be greeted by especially when you don't know what to expect. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable with the thoroughness and ease they scheduled everything that I needed to have done, for that I truly thank them
My experience with UW Medical at Harborview was excellent. 4hrs of pre-op prep was professional and very informative. I feel completely ready for my upcoming surgery.
