I waited on hold to speak with a rep for over 30 minutes only to be told that all the hospitals in Seattle from which UW Medicine opetates are completely booked and not taking appointments for new patients.
Can always get an appointment quickly and the staff really listen, they do not just nod their heads or dismiss your concerns.They treated me with care and respect, truly professional.
I am from Florida was in Seattle on business and experienced a recurrence of medical issue that sent me to the ER a month ago. Didn't want to do the ER again so with the help of Google ended up at the Hobson Place Clinic. Based on my experience there, 5 stars is not adequate. I don't believe I have ever experienced more knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring medical professionals anywhere. The worst. They double billed and overcharged. The gals at desk were supposed to make me an appt at another dr and they said after 1 min the wait was too long and to call myself. They did not do what was on the dr order they could not answer which phone number to call ect.
