I wait almost waited an hour for blood draw. I was stab in arm and have big bump under the skin my vein is damaged and a large bruise. I usually get a choice in arm was no discussion which arm or anything. If I return to this lab and get the same man I will walk out.
Please do yourself a favor and save your time. I used to come here every 4weeks for a few years, until there were issues with the lab order that weren’t notified to me after waiting for an hour 10 mins. I stopped going after that. Today, I thought I would give them another try. It is a Saturday and there are 4 people ahead of me. And within 23 minutes, only 1 person has been called in and served. The same line (or longer) would be done much faster in UW Montlake. Not to mention the staffs here are not as helpful/ care about ... read more
The wait is long for blood work with no appointments
Was third in line, waited 40 min and had to go without being called bc I would be late to class otherwise. Absolutely ridiculous. It says on the wall patients will be notified of a delay, what constitutes a delay? Apparently not incompetence. Now I get to pay for parking for literally no services provided, thanks UW
