I want to thank everyone from security, admitting, nursing and the amazing doctors that’s helped me yesterday. I came in with awful vestibular migraine and was hoping the UW ER could help me. From the minute I walked in I felt cared for and that I mattered. I left feeling a lot better and had a plan moving forward. Thank you.
Would not recommend. Almost killed me with neglected treatment. “Chief resident” touched the light switch and then tried to examine me… needed new gloves. Came to me with a bill after not asking what insurance I had. Had to go to different ER for actual treatment.
You have to wait so long to get in here and the waiting room is so small. I have waited 8 hours one time just to get in and when I do get in they barely check on you. The nurses tell me that someone is gonna come in a little bit and then 2 hours later they come in. The nurses come in right away when I press the call button but take forever to come and get my blood pressure or to just talk to me. For being the best hospital in Washington I at least expected it to be a bit bigger or for the nurses to be a bit faster but I’m st... read more
