Contacted the agent and inquired about the parking insurance before going away for 2 months for holidays. The agent (Calvin) sort of did not believe me that I won’t be using my car for 2 months. I explained to him very well what is the situation. He let me waited on the phone for a long time and told me he will call me back but never did! What the heck! Is this how you deal with your customer???
