We have gotten some good care here at UW. We Love all our subspecialties. We have had a unique case and the longer we stay the worse it gets. It is next to impossible to get someone to listen or help when things started taking shifting in the wrong direction. There is nothing in place on site to de-escalte emotionally charged situations. Unfortunately we have been treated poorly by multiple physicians and the burn team nurses but most grossly by one. We have been unable to reach the services in place to help. My daughter was 6 months when she had her surgery on her heart. They took really good care of her and made her happy. Some of the nurses need to learn how to treat the parents though!!

This hospitals psychiatry department has screwed me over big time. “Dr” Mika Nelson is unprofessional and quite frankly should not even have a license to practice. She single-handedly upset me to the point of trying to leave the hospital and then once I finally came back inside, she tried to tell me what I was feeling instead of listening to me explain how I was feeling. This woman is an abomination to psychiatry, and I guarantee that her medical license will be revoked at some point. Good riddance to this whole damn departm... read more
