Fast, efficient and friendly!
Old facility in need of some serious upgrades. Staff was not friendly at all, borderline down right rude. (Check in person and lab tech) Was led to believe I could drop in to give a UTI sample. Absolutely NOT! The toilet I was told to use was loose from the wall, so every movement sent me and the toilet off balance and banging into the wall. I've never been treated so badly by a lab tech in my life. He was rude, condescending, and truly acted like he hated his job. I asked when I could expect results and he gave me a dirty l... read more
