The wait times here are ridiculous. I've had to come here three times and every single time it's insanely backed up. My first appointment I eventually had to reschedule after waiting over 45 minutes without being seen. Third appointment I asked after 15 minutes if there was a delay and they acted like I was being unreasonable. The appointment ended up starting 25 minutes late and taking OVER AN HOUR longer than it was supposed to (I left the appointment a full 80 minutes after it was supposed to be over). I had LASIK done a year ago at UW Health with Dr. Potter and it was one of my best decisions in a long time! Very smooth procedure and massive quality of life increase ditching glasses. I would highly recommend Dr. Potter and the Ophthalmology Clinic for any other young people considering LASIK/PRK!
