Update: id give this place 1000 stars if I could it's such a welcoming environment from the front desk to the nurses and the providers even the lab Honestly had a lot of anxiety going in as a new patient, But honestly I've never felt more comfortable at a doctor's appointment then I did today from the front desk staff, to the nurse and Dr. Darling all exceeded my expectations And Dr. Darling listened to my concerns and addressed that it would be frustrating to be dismissed about the health concerns I had. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, helpful and reassuring. Dr McGuire has excellent ‘bedside manner’ and extremely thorough. The PA was wonderful and accommodating. The only small complaint is that I had to wait almost an hour after the scheduled appointment before being seen but considering the care I received that was a small matter in the big picture.
I always feel like I get the best care, advice, thorough exam and assessment. I feel listened to and respected by my Doctor and the team at Ft Atkinson UW Clinic. Both in clinic visits and televisits as well! I am very grateful!
