Horrible reception ask them after appt 30 minutes behind very rude reception need staff over hall I understand you want patients to respect and be kind but that doesn't mean reception can be rude without questioning
I needed an adjustment to the no-line bifocals I bought earlier this year at the UW Eye Care Clinic and they did a fast and excellent job. I was very pleased with their service.

Their phone call services are like trash. The people on the phone call is absolutely unprofessional and impatient. The worst eye clinic so far.
