The docs are great. The ladies doing the check in are very nice and helpful. I have a Scleral contact lense every time its a fight with the optical department. The doc has write a letter to say I need this lense to drive and go to work. I have to pay then maybe get reimbursed later. I pick up a new lense and have to surrender the lense in my eye back to them. I did ,then the new lense is not working very irritating to my eye with the cornea transplant. Very professional, will not go anywhere else.
I've been to eye doctors dozens and dozens of times and this was my worst experience by far. Took over an hour for the doctor to see me and he rushed through my appointment in 5 minutes. I didn't feel I had a chance to ask questions or discuss my concerns at all.
Horrible reception ask them after appt 30 minutes behind very rude reception need staff over hall I understand you want patients to respect and be kind but that doesn't mean reception can be rude without questioning
