Always friendly and helpful, on the phone or in-person. They make me feel as if they truly care for my well-being, and ensure that my questions and concerns are addressed. I feel comforted in their care.
In for blood draw. I don’t like needles and do not look forward to my blood draw. The technician/nurse was beyond fabulous. I did not realize she was getting my blood and I was still waiting for the draw when she told me “all done “. We were talking and I always am looking away. I have always been satisfied with my draws here. Never a bad experience.
