Cannot get in contact with them. Normally you call, and leave a message and then they call you back, of course this takes like 5 tries, because if you are not around then you have to call them back and leave a message again, phone tag. Now its not working at all, their messaging system isnt working and I am stuck in an infinite loop of menu options (when you press option 3) Edit: To add to this, I eventually gave my CPAP back and I called the billing department to confirm there were no more bills, they confirmed it.
