An MRI, is not one of my favorite tests, but the two ladies who were running it that day made me comfortable and explained the whole procedure. They were compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Not my favorite, but they made it very tolerable. A very good job. The only problem, and not their fault, was that the voice of the machine was very hard to understand.
Tatiana was very kind and caring and very respectful and she gave me washcloths to clean myself and I don’t think anybody has ever done that for me. I appreciated it so much.
Took me for my appointment on time. Answered all the questions I had. Great experience!
