If only the friendly service one encounters at the Admin Services office reflected the service one receives in the hands of UW Health clinics! Alas, sometimes it's helpful and caring, and sometimes a cold, indifferent, and passive-aggressive "sorry, it's company policy." I'm going to become one of those people who seek reasonably priced and compassionate healthcare overseas. Enough is enough.
