THIS CREDIT UNION IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THE THIEVING PUBLIC SERVANTS WHO CLAIM TO BE WITH THE COMMUNITY BUT STILL TRYING TO DICK-TATE, HOW WE THE CUSTOMER GET TO USE OUR MONIES. THESE FOOLS FORGET THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS. DISCRIMINATION OVER WEATHER I USE MY MONIES AS A FAMILY BUSINESS OR A PUBLIC BUSINESS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE PROBATE ACT.
We were supposed to close on our house on Friday but no longer can because the bank didnt get us the proper paper work in time. I love using this bank but after they screwed up something as major as a closing on a house I'm am considering removing our accounts to another bank...
This place is very hit or miss. Their website is generally fast and pretty but is hard to navigate. Their website doesn't play nice with most browsers... Their auto pay is nice until it doesn't work. 3 days after a due date, they will call you, put you on hold and badger you about "We see you typically pay on time, why didn't you pay on time now?" "Well I use auto pay." "Why didn't you pay on time." *click*

I've tried to become a member of the CU but that didn't work out because of my credit history resulting from military situations. The CU denied a loan request when I was trying to relocate to Madison in order to improve my life as it's related to my disabilities.
