Avoid doing any deposits into their ATM. I went to deposit a couple hundred dollars into my account and then the ATM said it was retaining my money and to contact my financial institution. I went in to talk to the tellers, and was told they needed to put an order in and that I wont have access to my funds for 3-5 buisness days. Really annoying.
Brad was so kind and knowledgeable during the home buying process. He took the time to explain every step to us and was always available for questions. We would absolutely recommend him and the team at UW for a mortgage and banking.
Convenient, friendly but profressional. This should be expected but at least they actually deliver it unlike all too many other businesses these days.
Mat and his trainee were perfect/excellent.
