This place is very hit or miss. Their website is generally fast and pretty but is hard to navigate. Their website doesn't play nice with most browsers... Their auto pay is nice until it doesn't work. 3 days after a due date, they will call you, put you on hold and badger you about "We see you typically pay on time, why didn't you pay on time now?" "Well I use auto pay." "Why didn't you pay on time." *click*
Horrible service. Do not go to this uw branch
Courtney is the best teller!
If the service were any slower they would be time Warner cable. Or your insurance company.
Fast service and Courtney is great (not too hard on the eyes either).
Slowest uw credit union around! Expect to be waiting at least 10 minutes even if you're the only one here!
