If you have a car loan through them don’t expect to get the title back because apparently mine was lost and never sent to me even though I got in contact with them and was told id have it by 1/27 and I never received it, very unprofessional to not have the title of a car through the place I have the loan through. Expect to have to run around to the dmw and pay for a lost one.
Im very pleased with Char Blackmond help and going above and beyond for me, as a customer I felt valued, originally came in because my a t m card was not working.It wasn't allowing me to make any cash deposit. I originally spoke with a gentleman that had i hope that my account was overdrawn, and that's the reason they blocked the card. When Char step in to help!
