Went to the branch in person to ask what I needed to change my last name was told I needed either my old ID or marriage certificate.Made an appointment on the phone and confirmed that all I needed was both IDs. Waited 10 mins past my appointment and the lady refused to change my name without my marriage certificate. Told me that all those people were wrong and to make another appointment. If you need to use an ATM when they are closed, just drive on by. 6/10 times there has been problems with this ATM. If the deposit area doesn’t ever work—REMOVE IT. The biggest problem of this machine is that. It spits back out your money. So you decide to do less bills, that doesn’t work either. Today it says receipts don’t print, but if you don’t want a receipt, continue. Mind you there are 2 cars behind me. It takes my money then a message says TAKE YOUR CASH. I didn’t ask for any. If you have a car loan through them don’t expect to get the title back because apparently mine was lost and never sent to me even though I got in contact with them and was told id have it by 1/27 and I never received it, very unprofessional to not have the title of a car through the place I have the loan through. Expect to have to run around to the dmw and pay for a lost one.
