Wouldn't give me Mortgage Very disappointed been a member for years.
I went in today to use their change machine. It's slightly embarrassing as it's so loud and close to where the tellers are that you'll hear them get louder to communicate with their customer. Oh well, building was clean and the folks were nice. I enjoy banking with uw
I've been a member since 2023 and I am not impressed. I have had several very different issues that needed to be worked through and nothing is ever smooth. The word that comes to mind is incompetent. I was with Dane County Credit Union before and never had any problems. I can't wait to move on from UWCU.
