Very disrespectful staff and nurses. And malicious intent from several of the doctors. Many of them withhold important medical and diagnosis information that have impacted the health of me and other people I know. Nurses that cut you off and act disrespectfully almost sounding paranoid when spoken to on the phone. If you intend on advocating and supporting friends or family, forget it. They hate that. And if you intend on being spoke to with honesty about your care , good luck. 😡😡
I had the most horrible experience with this office today. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM. I live 45 minutes away and made many special arrangements with work, and care for my dog, that required significant effort and coordination to arrange for the time off to make the appointment. When I arrived, I was turned away, saying the appointment had been rescheduled for 11 AM. They insisted they had left a message on my voicemail.
