UPDATE: They have now botched her 2nd stool sample as well as the first one, how does this even happen?? This is absolute medical negligence. I am now urging my mom to contact an attorney, as they have delayed her diagnosis because they are completely incompetent! They lost my mom's stool sample! I took a sample to the lab. The receptionist couldn’t find the order. She assured me it would be ok since she found where I had left another sample. I ask her if she was sure. She said yes! I waited 2 weeks for my very important results. They never came. I sent my dr a message that I thought they might have had a mixup! Sure enough when dr contacted them. They had no record of it! So I have to suffer longer and do another sample! So very irresponsible!

The phlebotomist who was responsible for my blood work was so friendly to me, making sure I was comfortable. We had such a pleasant conversation, I didn’t even feel the pain or discomfort that usually comes with getting my blood drawn.
