That was one appointment I was obsessed with making today, I am glad I did. Dr. Ferris said I am not bad enough for surgery and just up the Crestor to ten mg. Ah relief. Wills are expensive and I am poor. hehehe,. Dr. Ferris was COOL

There are a few departments at UVMMC where the quality of care is so poor that you should avoid care there entirely and instead see a provider at Dartmouth or even in Boston. This is one such department. The quality of care here is incompetent at best and at times verges on genuine medical malpractice. Patients are not given informed consent before procedures, and post-procedure care is delegated entirely to a baffling disorganized and occasionally utterly unprofessional and incapable set of nurses and nurse practitioners. Dr. Steinthorssen is a horrible MD. My daughter is 15 with a rare condition with multiple ER visits. Another doctor on his team said she needed surgery right away after putting her through so many tests. The day it was to be scheduled he wants another test but can’t do it until June 26th! She can barely walk at times! I’ve called a patient advocate, hospital social worker etc… and have made no progress. This is disgusting!
