They only have one provider and are over 7 weeks behind on reading any results for any patient. They are not upfront about that and you only learn of how understaffed and behind they are after you've already wasted a significant amount of your time. You'd think an establishment like this would be able to hire external help to catch up on their work but they do not. Likely cutting corners to save on their costs. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually has doctors employed.
Two months after my sleep study and I’m still waiting for a doctor to review the results. Don’t bother with them, get a referral to Dartmouth-Hitchcock, the drive will save you the headache.
I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but my experience just now was horrid. I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Haven’t actually seen a doctor, and most likely won’t. Yes, it's a ton of wires and they are uncomfortable, but your kid is resilient and will fall asleep. I bet they won't reme... read more
I never leave reviews, but this experience was so horrible I feel I have to. If you are thinking of bringing your child here, go elsewhere! My 3 year old went to bed at 10:45 at night after 8 pm check in and that much time being taped and glued with wires. The nose piece wasn’t recording correctly, so the techs came in almost hourly to adjust it, waking me and my daughter each time. Then an abrupt and jarring wake up at 6 am, (when they say they are trying to simulate a “normal” night of sleep, which for a toddler, is 11-12 ... read more
