Best program ever! I actually felt heard and seen by all the staff and even the others attending the program. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs the support. They helped me realize I have ADHD and start the proper medicine to manage that, my anxiety, and depression and also teach me skills to use to help as well and made me realize the type of care I need moving forward.
Waste of time… I had to keep repeating and starting over my story for three separate people…. In the end, they did nothing for me. Do not come here if you are suicidal
