I had a good experience with UVM Reproductive Clinic until very recently. Last year, I was open with them about possibly relocating for work, and I was assured this wouldn’t be a problem, that when I was ready for my embryo transfer, I could just give them a call to coordinate. Fast forward to now: after several ignored portal messages, I finally called and was told I should transfer care to wherever I am working, and that UVM would just ship my embryos when I found another clinic.
