While the rep was quite pleasant, I was told even though I had orders in my chart, she still asked if I had an appointment. If this is the only way to access this lab, even wirh blood draw orders, it does not specify that for this location. Please advertise this as such. Thank you..

Unorganized, unprofessional, and unethical
What a joke! They make you take a number and then they just start talking walk-ins! Apparently you have to know someone to get in or you'll sit there all day! So much for fasting for 12 hours.
