Walked in because I had orders for a blood draw. Im not kidding you the waiting room was completely empty. The three ladies behind their desks we not busy. Two were sitting with their arms crossed talking and the third was looking at something on the side of her. None of them were on their work phones and none of them were typing on their computers. Things went great
While the rep was quite pleasant, I was told even though I had orders in my chart, she still asked if I had an appointment. If this is the only way to access this lab, even wirh blood draw orders, it does not specify that for this location. Please advertise this as such. Thank you..
Very professional and very knowledgeable took my special needs son in and they were very helpful and kind Will was exceptional
