Provider was good. Took 3 months to get an appointment, but that's Vermont for you. Be grateful you don't live here.
ALWAYS ASK FOR A SECOND OPINION HERE! I had a pregnancy where my baby had a severe medical condition. When the doctor came in to tell us the result of the ultrasound she said “we can terminate today” had I not done research and thank goodness for Boston children’s I learned the first diagnosis was something she could survive with no issues. Incredibly dismissive when I had informed them I would need to be sedated for an iud placement due to trauma. They forgot and I was met with hostility from the older heavy set nurse who claimed placement isn't painful. It was worse than childbirth and there is definitely ways to numb the cervix even if they tell you otherwise I bled for months so ended up getting it removed only to bleed for a month straight and have to be put on hormones to stop it.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Horribly mismanaged and shockingly poor experience as a first time expecting mom. Services are expensive so don't even think about going here if you have a high deductible plan. I don't have a single positive thing to say about this facility. There are some great private practices in the area that I would highly suggest instead.
