I spent 12 hours in the Emergency Department with severe back pain last week & I was very impressed with the care & treatment I received. Every effort throughout the night was made to try to keep me (& my sister who sat all night in a chair next to my bed) comfortable, informed, & reassured. Dr. Park, Jessica Burns, Kelley Greenberg, Erick Quiroz, & the MRI team (I wish I had their names) treated me with tremendous kindness & compassion & provided me with outstanding care & support.
