Fast, thorough and kind. No problems!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Over charged for services and they kept threatening to send my bill to collections even though it was under negotiations with insurance. I had confirmed with my insurance company they were in negotiation and claim was filed with UVM and billing department swore up and down they received nothing from my insurance, when in reality they had received a payment and were still sending me bills. I wish there was another way for me to say Thank You! I’ve had a long standing bill from UVMMC for mammograms, ultrasounds, a biopsy and most recently the birth of my child (20,000 with insurance!) While I have always had insurance, they haven’t always given me the best coverage. This process has become extremely overwhelming and stressful over the years.
