My actual primary doctor is good, but any time I use the messaging through MyChart, the nurses and people that answer the messages when the doctor is not available to always write off my concerns like I'm faking it. They only get back to me and realize something is horribly wrong once I've contacted other methods through UVM and they contact the office and tell them I'm not OK and also send messages calling them out on not caring about their patients.
