Good regular care team, but the weekend care team really drops the ball. This likely isn’t just Essex—I was informed on Saturday that they had 2 doctors covering 9 different clinics. Didn't get meaningful or thoughtful assistance.
This has been my goto Primary care doctors office since they were located near the police station in the village. Excellent care, always.
My actual primary doctor is good, but any time I use the messaging through MyChart, the nurses and people that answer the messages when the doctor is not available to always write off my concerns like I'm faking it. They only get back to me and realize something is horribly wrong once I've contacted other methods through UVM and they contact the office and tell them I'm not OK and also send messages calling them out on not caring about their patients.
