I had outpatient surgery here today and the care was absolutely amazing! From exceptionally caring, thorough RN’s in pre-op to highly skilled anesthesiologists and OR nurses to empathetic, skilled post-op care. RN Jessica and anesthesiologist Dr.Gilbert made sure my pain was well managed (not easy with the surgery I had). Somehow took down ALL the wrong information for my visit to the ER over the flu. They have been sending my bills for MULTIPLE MONTHS to an address I haven't lived in for 6 years!! How am I supposed to trust this bill as well as the amount on it if they couldn't get my address AND insurance correct!?!?!?
On Tuesday, my daughter had her second cesarean section at CVHMC. The staff was absolutely amazing, the service was great and despite staffing crises all over the United States, the unit felt staffed and professional, and it was spotless. We are forever grateful Special things to nurses Thorin and Stephanie. From the anesthesiologist to the medical team, including a midwife and doctor, both female, both excellent, friendly and welcoming. BRAVO!
