Unfortunately We had to visit your ER department today. Worst experience ever. When we arrived there was one person in the waiting area! We sat there and watched multiple people come and go! 18 to be specific. We sat there for over 4 hours! What kind of place are you folks running. We asked after hour 2, and the desk clerk said ya should not be taking this long. After over 4 hours we ask again, as three people went in again before us, and they had only been there an hour!
