If you want bad service, high prices, unprepared staff, and no concern for patient well being, this is the place to go. I complained so much that they dropped me from my PCP rather than addressing the problems. The hospital is a disgrace to our beautiful state and tarnishes the reputation of our fine university by using it's name.
Becky from the UVM Health Network Call Center is AMAZING. She went so above and beyond and helped me resolve a payment issue that had been pending for months. I hope her manager is reading this because she deserves a raise!
