NEVER purchase a computer from the UVM bookstore! It has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them. My sons computer is 2yrs old and has had multiple issues. We have had the hard drive replaced twice. The tech department can only quote policy. The tech department nor the bookstore employees that we have dealt with have done anything to help my son or myself. We were sold a lemon and they do not stand behind what they sell. So I graduated from UVM maybe 10 years ago and I wanted to buy some clothing that have UVM name on them. I decided to visit the book store for my first time this week. The visitor parking was available and near the store. The store was big with a lot of things to buy. The prices are expensive and the quality of materials are very good. The service was so so.
