They are amazing. Not only is there online chat amazing … but there email’ing is also just as quick. I had bought an old school tanning bed. I had managed a Fabutan in my 20’s so I sort of knew what I was talking about. But WOW, lise helped me through the whole process. Not only did I ask a million questions, she answered my million questions. Bulbs came today, not 1 broken. Packaged amazing, considering they were going to Manitoba. Thank you again!! Life long customer here!!
