I don't know why I went back after my first horrible experience (which I wrote a review about). I went in this time complaining of pain and very heavy periods. I was sent to get an ultrasound, the results came back a week and a half ago, and I didn't get a call from the office about my results. I did my own investigation, found that I may have something that is causing all of the issues I went in for in the first place. I have been going here for a couple of years, I never had phenomenal experiences, but they addressed my concerns. I went in to see a provider about a breast nodule and the PCOS diagnosis I found my MyChart, without ever receiving a call back about the findings from the ultrasound that concluded I have PCOS. I see the provider and I felt as if I was being rushed and I couldn't voice my concerns to her about anything. This was the worst bedside manner I think I have ever experienced.
