The Doctors here are lovely. I have worked with Mercer and Scrivani and Fitzpatrick for various small and larger issues and they are all understanding, kind, and responsive. The scheduling staff on the other hand are awful. I have rarely seen such terrible attitudes and customer service. They act like it's a huge inconvenience that you called. Sighing and groaning when you ask questions and very curt and rude. Such a shame bc the doctors are lovely and they would have 5 stars from me otherwise.

Had a great experience trying to get pregnant and then going through my pregnancy with my first child last year. The staff was comforting and always got me in right away if need be. They were also always quick to respond on the mychart portal for my million first time mom inquiries. And on top of that they saved me in the end by catching my high blood pressure and will forever be grateful.

I would not recommend prenatal care here. The only thing positive about them is the location, and that's why I went here. -The team forgot to prescribe me a 1-hour glucose test between weeks 24-28 (to check for gestational diabetes). When I brought it up to the team when I was already 35 weeks pregnant and realized their mistake, they recognized their mistake and shrugged it off, trying hard to cover their team members backs and even put some of the blame on me. -I had to dig deep to figure out where I'm supposed to deliver.... read more

I was nervous in the beginning for my appointment but Whitney Archie-Patrick explained everything to me and eased my anxiety. She is the absolute best! Her personality and bedside manner is phenomenal!
