Everyone is so nice and caring
The doctor I saw was fine but I drove an 1.5 hrs to see her because she was in network for my insurance. While there, she had me do an X-Ray which apparently was out of network and over $500. Would have been less than $150 in network. I appealed repeatedly but the shady UVA health bill dept does not care even though balance billing is illegal in VA.
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Dr. Mark Anderson from Sentara Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia and currently at the UVA Health Urology center. After undergoing two physical exams in December 2021 and January 2022, it was determined that I needed immediate surgery.
