It was going fine until recently. They called this morning to schedule my next appointment, they retracted and said they couldn't make it. Apparently I had been "dismissed" for "too many missed appointments". I looked at MyChart and here are some notes: I had ONE missed appointment in Aug 2024. (it's Jul 2025) I had been seen SEVERAL times since then. NO Letter or documentation was sent or posted to MyChart.
