I keep trying to call them and every time I do a message comes on saying all representatives are busy. Please call Backe at another day that is very unprofessional.
I have been a patient for years and have always found the staff to be concerned for my welfare, thorough and professional, and provided me with the best care possible. The only reason it's not five stars is because of the phone and appointment wait time.
There is something very strange and concerning going on at this practice. I've been bounced from about 4-5 NPs over the course of 12 months, or foisted off on some other PCP if it was a time sensitive a matter. They are leaving or being fired. Each time I get assigned a new one, Im scheduled for an intro appt with the new(est) one. Today I found out that the new one I had an appointment with for tomorrow is leaving now, too.
