If you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with Melissa Marshall, I’m sorry. I reached out through messages with a genuine concern because there was a falsified MyChart after visit summary. Melissa was very aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. I am deeply disturbed that this is a woman in our health care system with such a lack of empathy and care.
I was a bit intimidated going into this building but now I look forward to the future. I’m not sure why the rating is so low, everyone here treated me with care, compassion, empathy and listened to everything I had to say and my concerns. I look forward to all future visits and if I can say one thing-to the person reading this, that is also scared. It’s okay, they got you! They are full of knowledge, I’ve lost trusts in doctors, until this place
We need to see some positive reviews here for this miraculous place. This clinic and I have a rather intimate (get it?) relationship. I first saw J. Megan Dillman in December 2022 when I discovered that the pelvic mesh sling inserted in December 2009 (in S. California) during my hysterectomy and cystocele (bladder prolapse) repair surgery had become enmeshed in my pelvic floor.
