My husband goes up there treatments they do a great job rather go there then Lynchburg
Awful experience up in the physical medicine and spine office. Nice medical student and nurse. Unfortunately the dr was not helpful. When the dr started listing all the treatments that he wasn't going to try, no medicines to help, and hardly performing a proper medical examination, it really went downhill. I personally have never had an encounter with such a rude dr. When the wife or caretaker of a patient is treated like crap, that's when you know you gotta keep looking for a more compassionate person.
Why does it take 6 months to even GET an appointment? Are we registering for the lottery here? Someone with a serious medical condition would pass away before they even got to speak to a receptionist.....BUT let you get behind paying them.
The pain management doctors, nurses and staff have been phenomenal! We highly recommend them. My husband has been in extreme pain for 20 years. They have helped immensely. . Y
Extremely unprofessional. They have not helped in years and have nothing but negative side effects from their medicine. Keep changing the doctors everytime other time I go and the wait times are ridiculous. They literally just walked into my room with paperwork for treating another patient. I got up and walked out. I will seek professional care elsewhere because this place is not professional or helpful.
