I will never go back to this place ever again. For any kind of appointment, they discriminate Against children being there with their single parent
The facility itself is great. I have been there for several different things since they opened. BUT, Each time there were major billing issues. One example is billing insurance incorrectly to the wrong address. insurance told them the correct place to resubmit to, instead of resubmiting, they billed me for the full amount saying insurance denied and I was responsible for full amount. I called insurance and insurance said no we told them where to submit correctly. I had to call the billing dept to get them to resubmit. Now th... read more
They don't take anyone between 11:30-1:00pm due to staff lunch; this info is not on their website. Came back after 1:00 - was told to site while they checked me in. That never happened; when I went to check they had already checked in 10 other people...terrible service and excuses. Find another option.
Today was my first time there. The receptionist Laura was great at check-in & my technician Leah was amazing at explaining the ultrasound procedures and answering questions the best she could for me.
Always booked up. Very difficult to get an appointment. Scheduling 3-4 months out. Ridiculous.
