Lolita checked us in and she was so friendly and helpful. She greeted everyone who came in with a genuine smile and a cheerful "how can I help you today?" She truly was a breath of fresh air in midst of unknowns as we were there for an MRI for my husband. Paul was the guy who did the MRIs on him and my husband said he was very kind and even offered a warm blanket as my husband was feeling a little chilled. Ample parking. Staff is efficient and very friendly. Location is relatively uncrowded compared to most medical buildings in Charlottesville.
