I continuously have been asking for my child’s medical records. I have asked for them 7 times. Literally from March 15th until today. I have emailed the appropriate paperwork countless times and faxed. They say they never receive. Next step is to speak to the manager.

Whatever you need to call them about will likely be unanswered the first time you call. Concerns tend to require multiple phone calls as no one picks up the phone right away. Patients were given the option to leave messages but they no longer have that option. I've also asked for a specific employee who was handling my medical records removal case who no one seems to know how to connect me to, instead I'm being forwarded to different departments to hope for the best.

WENT IN TO FILL PAPERWORK OUT & FORGOT MY PAPERWORK THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE WITH US.I NEED TO TAKE IT BACK FRIDAY WHEN I GO ..THE LADY WAS VERY NICE AND I HAD TO SEE THE DR AND GOT TO FINALLY MEET SARA..IT WAS NICE TO SEE HER IN PERSON .

Bad experience. Called to ask them to get my records. Keep transferring me back and forth. Lazy, people setting there.
