I was scheduled to have my first prenatal appointment at this clinic, and I was hopeful — but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I called repeatedly from the time the office opened (8:00 a.m.) until around 10:30 a.m. and couldn’t get through. My partner also tried to call, and he had no luck either. Super impressed with the care I have received throughout my pregnancy. Everyone (from the front desk receptionist to the schedulers) have been very professional and prompt in their care. Mariah, the RN intake nurse, is always very kind, caring, and personable. The doctors and nurse practitioners are always great and have your best interest at heart. Highly recommend to any mother who is looking for a practice throughout their pregnancy!!
