Ive been on hold for an hour total (called 2x) I had an rn-ob appointment at 10:40 am. I never received the call for my televisit only 2 voicemails one stating they would try to call me back and the 2nd stating "i must've forgotten my appointment and needed to reschedule" ive been trying to constantly reach them for this appointment. I took of the morning for this appointment. I did not forget about it. And they wont even pick the phone up.

I was scheduled to have my first prenatal appointment at this clinic, and I was hopeful — but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I called repeatedly from the time the office opened (8:00 a.m.) until around 10:30 a.m. and couldn’t get through. My partner also tried to call, and he had no luck either. Had my anatomy scan here and Shelli the US tech was amazing as well as the front desk staff!
