The infusion nurses at the ECCC are wonderful. They're always kind, caring, and responsive to needs. The infusion I need gives me a reaction 90% of the time I get it and as soon as I let them know, I get a NP, an extra RN, and someone else grabbing vitals. They're clearly a well oiled machine on the infusion floor. I've met so many wonderful nurses there. I can't say enough wonderful things about the care I receive on the 4th floor infusion center at the Emily Couric Cancer center.
This is 100% the worst hospital I have ever experienced. They never know what they’re doing and always ask the patient what to do and how to do it ! Extremely long wait times, not the best bedside manner. They all around need to do better. I have no idea how in the world some of these people got their nursing license !! Someone should really fix this issue.
Extreme shortages. 2 + hour wait times PAST your scheduled appointment times. Trying to figure out how to switch my records to Sentera. Ridiculous:(
