I consistently have great experiences with anything in the UVA Health System! I had to have an MRI on 12/17 and I got there early. The place was packed! One of their MRI machines was down, which pushed my appointment time back. When I was finally seen, my technician, Beth, was so wonderful! She helped me get comfortable by putting a bolster under my knees and some padding under my arms. I was able to listen to music of my choice, which helped somewhat mask the noise of the MRI.
