Terrible. The billing is outrageous and the UVA insurance does NOT work well with them. Overcharged for every session, if you want to pay hundreds of dollars for each session then this place is good. The therapists are great don't get me wrong, but the billing is just unheard of. DO NOT go here, there are way better options around Charlottesville!
This place was great. In one month I went from yelping in pain if something grazed my back to better than before my injury. It was hard work and I had to do my homework but listening to my therapist made all the difference. They can’t do the work for you but they showed me how to do things correctly and I have never felt better.
It started ok but after a week or 2 they stopped caring. Will never go back.
Fail. Following surgery I came here thinking I would receive a high level of care; I was mistaken. Instead on my second visit I was sloughed off on an unsupervised intern who caused serious inflammation and clearly didn't have the experience or knowledge to deal with a post-surgical patient. This happened twice - after which I switched to another practice where I received far more professional care.
