Absolutely abysmal automated call service that doesn't reliably provide number pad options and the Ai service you have to use in its place can't pick half of what you say.
I have an Aetna plan through UVA. As such, UVA is the only specialty pharmacy that is approved for use through my insurance. However, trying to get a prior authorization approved is literally impossible as they seem entirely incapable of properly submitting it to insurance. I'm not normally a UVA specialty pharmacy patient but when I urgently needed help getting a medication out of stock everywhere else in Charlottesville, they went above and beyond for me.
