I was manhandled by the radiology tech during a mammogram. She even yelled at me after I complained. She said I wasn't following directions. I left and I will never go back. I've had at least 60 mammograms that were fine. Going back to Fairfax Radiology. Worth the drive. It was upsetting.

Trying to get MRIs at this facility is a horrific red tape process,! They will not submit for authorization to your insurance until the day before even though the appointment and paper work was done for 2 weeks. They will call you the day before and ask you to self pay $1500 or reschedule and wait another 2 weeks due to depay in their paperwork process. AVOID unless you want to self pay. This is my second time this happened

I’m Marisa and I want to share my experience! Camille and Ted made my appointment flawless and easy. Camille is a sweetheart and was so kind checking me in! Ted was great as my tech and was joking with me and even made me feel comfortable for the MRI itself. Best experience I’ve had :) thank you all SO MUCH.

12 days later and the radiologist still hasn't reviewed my MRI. Not very impressed.

I want to give kudos to the scheduler's for the patience thru the scheduling process. She was kind respectful and patient while she was waiting for my order to come thru via email while we were on the call. Hence the 5 star. I would rate lower for the scheduling process. I was the 10 caller in line during my work day so it would be great if they had an online scheduling system. I spent total 45 minutes to get a appt. scheduled. Did not appreciate that.
