The MRI tech was very nice, thoughtful and showed empathy. He wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be despite the pain I was in. Very short wait in lobby once the paperwork was completed.
The staff at UVA Outpatient Imaging was wonderful. The front desk was very welcoming, positive, and helpful. MRI tech Alexandra was so friendly and personable. She was reassuring throughout the process, and she took the time to explain what she was doing.
I'm glad so many people had positive experiences here. That wasn't my experience at all. I feel like I was living in a bizarro world. My appointment for a contrast MRI was scheduled for three weeks. I arrived, got ready, got into the MRI machine and... they pulled me back out. There was no radiologist onsite so the contrast MRI could not be done. Was he sick? Running late? Had an MRI scheduled early in the morning at the Centreville office. Alexandra was the imaging technician who completed my scan. She was extremely patient, attentive and responsive to my needs. It made what can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming experience much more manageable. I wore a permanent anklet which held confidant emotional value to me and she explored all options so as to prevent me from having to remove it. That meant a lot to me. Thank you Alexandra.
I came here for my husband’s MRI appointment, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff Mrs Camille at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you for your excellent care and outstanding customer service!
