the lady who answered the phone was so condescending and rude. how is she working there??? she had the biggest attitude and was not willing to help at all. worst customer service ever.

Every time I have been here or called on the phone (3 or 4 times), the front desk ladies are horribly rude. The last time I called asking for an abdomen x-ray for my daughter, the lady did not understand the Order of what my doctor gave. She kept repeating that I needed a new order, and I had to look it up for her "KUB" which clearly means Kidney, Ureters, and Bladder (I googled it), which is clearly the belly area. She just kept saying "belly x-ray isn't a medical term." She was trying so hard to get me off the phone and ha... read more
From start to finish, I was treated unfairly and with clear double standards. I would not recommend this center at all. The staff at the front desk were very rude and displayed discriminatory behavior.
I cannot say enough about Camille, who helped my daughter get her MRI. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to our concerns and guided us with patience and care. She is truly a caring person and highly professional, making sure everything was handled correctly and done right.
