I wanted to leave 0 stars, I got on the waitlist several months prior and had to reschedule. I was rescheduled for tomorrow but turns out the lady never actually rescheduled me so I would have to wait another several months. What a shame, medical care should be here to help people.
Do not select this office if you want to be seen within the year. I have been rescheduled 4 times. Every time it is for another 3-4 months from the cancellation. Doctors cancel appointments on a whim without any regard for their patients.
absolutely love UVA Family Medicine! From the moment you walk in, the environment is so clean, welcoming, and well cared for, which really makes you feel comfortable.
