Was told to go for an ER follow up. I told Dr. Lee several possible causes of my symptoms, and he declared it a "mystery" (without even looking at the issue) and he asked if I had tried Flonase or ibuprofen for the sinus headaches that have been ruining my life for 3+ years. And even after explaining multiple times that I had been trying to stay with one PCP, but I just found out she was moving to a new clinic, and he STILL admonished me for not going to the same PCP for multiple years. The doctors are really good, they listen to you when you have something to say and they will go out of their way to accommodate the patients they treat. Myself and my mother are very thankful for this doctor's office!
I wanted to leave 0 stars, I got on the waitlist several months prior and had to reschedule. I was rescheduled for tomorrow but turns out the lady never actually rescheduled me so I would have to wait another several months. What a shame, medical care should be here to help people.
Do not select this office if you want to be seen within the year. I have been rescheduled 4 times. Every time it is for another 3-4 months from the cancellation. Doctors cancel appointments on a whim without any regard for their patients.
